Exchange & Return Policy

Your comfort and hygiene are our top priority!

For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on panties, lingerie sets, shapewear, or any worn items.

We offer exchanges and refunds in the following cases:

Wrong item or size received

Damaged or defective product

Size exchange (With any article in same price range, delivery charges will be 200. And it will not adjust in product price)

🧾 How It Works

1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Share your order number and clear pictures of the product.

3. Our rider will pick up your parcel for exchange or refund (reverse pickup).

 

📦 Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and intact tags.
🔁 Exchange process takes 3–5 working days after pickup.
💰 Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days after quality check.
🚚 Delivery charges are Rs. 200, and may apply again on exchanges unless the mistake is ours.
